Our CEO
Joseph Anderson, principle of JRA Development Group, LLC has a solid 20 year track record in real estate investment and development.
In 1995, he purchased his first investment property on Riverside Drive in Manhattan, New York. This project served as his introduction to the real estate developer community. He developed his master plan gathering all of his resources and implementing what he had envisioned. His talents were tested as he overcame the challenges of project financing, certificate of occupancy issues, scheduling and project management. He educated himself about the Federal, City and State historical tax credit process and received a 5 year tax credit for the project. His vision became a reality, as this 12 unit rooming house, by way of a complete renovation was delivered the “bell of the block” multi-family dwelling, 8 months later; under budget.
He has gone on to build a multi-million dollar portfolio of first class, mixed use investment properties, for equity interests throughout the City of Baltimore, Washington DC and New York.
He continues to provide consulting services to a diverse clientele of real estate investors as well as emerging real estate development companies.
Joseph received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Lincoln University in 1985. He is an alumnus of the Wharton School of Business. Joseph is the Public Relations officer for the United States Coast Guard Auxilary.
His downtime is spent in the water as he is an avid scuba diver and enjoys sailing with his wife and daughter.
